Dr. Patrick Nolan, D.O.
Medical Director
Born and raised in Michigan, Dr. Patrick Nolan brings a wealth of experience and passion to Relive Health in Tradition, Florida. After completing his medical degree at Michigan State University, Dr. Nolan honed his expertise in family medicine during a residency in West Palm Beach, where he has lived since 2014. With a strong athletic background in football and track & field, Dr. Nolan integrates his personal passion for fitness and health into his practice.
Board-certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Nolan specializes in sports medicine, strength training, hormone replacement, nutrition, obesity medicine, and medical weight loss. He takes a comprehensive, patient-centered approach, empowering individuals to achieve sustainable health through personalized strategies that optimize performance, weight management, and overall wellness.
