IV Vitamin Therapy in Vero Beach, FL

Make optimization your new normal. Nutrients delivered directly to your bloodstream at full absorption, tailored to your goals.

What Is IV Vitamin Therapy?

IV vitamin therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, and amino acids directly into your bloodstream through an intravenous drip. When you swallow a supplement, your digestive system breaks much of it down before it ever reaches your cells, and absorption can drop further with age, stress, or gut issues. IV delivery bypasses digestion entirely, which means close to 100% of the nutrients become available to your body, at doses oral supplements can’t safely match. A typical session at our Vero Beach, FL center takes 30 to 60 minutes in a private IV suite. Drips are formulated around a goal, rehydration after travel or training, immune support during a rundown stretch, B vitamins and amino acids for energy and focus, or advanced infusions like NAD+ for cellular energy and healthy aging. Because delivery is direct, most people feel effects within hours rather than the weeks a new supplement routine takes. IV therapy works as a one-off reset, but it delivers the most value as part of a plan, guided by your blood work, so each infusion is filling a gap your labs actually show.

FAQ

How long does an IV session take?

Most drips take 30 to 60 minutes in a comfortable private suite at Relive Health Vero Beach. Appointments are preferred, and walk-ins are accommodated when our schedule allows. After your session you can go straight home or back to work.

IV vitamin therapy is highly safe when administered under proper medical supervision. Every session at our Vero Beach center is delivered by qualified medical professionals, including registered nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians and physician assistants, after a health screening to make sure the drip is right for you.

Oral supplements lose much of their potency to digestion. IV therapy bypasses the digestive system, so nutrients enter your bloodstream immediately and your body can use them right away. It’s also a fast way to correct electrolyte imbalances, which can happen easily in hot weather. Water you drink can take hours to absorb, while the benefits of an IV begin almost immediately.

Our signature bags are built around specific goals: Energy+, Immunity, Brain, Glow Up, Weight Loss and Detox, plus NAD+, Methylene Blue and Ozone protocols. Your provider will recommend a drip based on your goals and health history, and you can boost any drip with add-ons like glutathione, extra vitamin C, B12, zinc or magnesium.

You can go straight home or back to work after your session. Many clients notice more energy, better hydration, an improved mood and clearer focus. Minor effects like bruising at the IV site, a metallic taste or a warm sensation can happen and usually pass quickly.

It depends on your goals. Many clients come biweekly or monthly, and some start with a short series before moving to monthly maintenance. Lab testing can help your provider determine the right frequency for you.

Side effects are uncommon, and any that appear are usually minor. You may notice some bruising at the IV site, a brief flushed or warm feeling, a metallic taste in your mouth, or a cooling sensation in your arm. These typically pass quickly, and all are treatable.

Comfort differs from person to person. Placing the IV may cause slight discomfort, but it should never be overly painful, and that initial discomfort usually fades quickly. Most clients relax for the rest of the session.
