Nicki Rivera is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and certified Functional and Integrative Medicine provider, trained at The George Washington University with advanced certifications in hormone optimization and menopause care through Harvard Medical School, along with continued training in metabolic health, performance, and longevity medicine. 

After more than a decade in primary care, Nicki transitioned into functional and integrative medicine driven by a desire to address the root causes of chronic disease and offer patients a more thoughtful, personalized path to lasting health. 

Nicki is a respected voice in hormone optimization and metabolic health, and a trusted mentor and educator to other providers in the field of functional and integrative medicine. She cares for patients across DC, Maryland, and Virginia, and is passionate about expanding access to high-quality, root-cause care. 

Outside the clinic, Nicki is a proud Army spouse and mom to two young children, experiences that shape her grounded, compassionate approach with every patient she sees.
