About The Relive Health Delray Beach Location
Relive Health Delray Beach is located at 401 E Atlantic Ave, Suite 103, Delray Beach, FL 33483, right in the heart of downtown Delray on Atlantic Avenue, just west of the Intracoastal. From I-95, take the Atlantic Avenue exit and head east for about two miles. You’ll pass Swinton Avenue and US-1 (Federal Highway), and we’re on the north side of the street a few blocks before the bridge. Street parking is available along Atlantic, and there are public garages nearby on NE 1st Street and SE 1st Avenue. Rideshare drop-off is easy since we’re on the main strip.
Being on Atlantic Avenue puts you steps from the best of downtown Delray. After your visit, grab lunch at one of the restaurants along the Avenue, browse the shops, or walk a few blocks east to the beach. Whether you’re in for a full consultation or a quick IV session, everything you need is within walking distance.

Richard Martinez, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Richard Martinez is an established and highly skilled physician with over 12 years of experience caring for clients. As a seasoned clinician, he has received numerous awards and accolades for his quality and client-centered care. In addition to practicing medicine, Dr. Martinez completed his residency at Yale and also serves as an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at the FSU School of Medicine.
Dr. Martinez has a passion for regenerative medicine, hormone replacement therapy, and fitness to help clients maintain youthful and vibrant states. He resides in Palm City, Florida, with his wife Mercy and two children.
