Relive Health Clinic is conveniently located at 4600 Roswell Road, Suite B130, Sandy Springs, GA 30342, in the heart of Sandy Springs, near Chastain Park and just north of Buckead City Center. If you are traveling from the north, take GA-400 South and exit at Abernathy Road, then head west to Roswell Road. For those coming from the south, follow I-285 North and take the Roswell Road exit, then continue north to our clinic.

Richard Martinez, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Richard Martinez is an established and highly skilled physician with over 12 years of experience caring for clients. As a seasoned clinician, he has received numerous awards and accolades for his quality and client-centered care. In addition to practicing medicine, Dr. Martinez completed his residency at Yale and also serves as an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at the FSU School of Medicine.
Dr. Martinez has a passion for regenerative medicine, hormone replacement therapy, and fitness to help clients maintain youthful and vibrant states. He resides in Palm City, Florida, with his wife Mercy and two children.
